O Joyful Light coffee originates from the region of Huila, Colombia. The flavors are complex yet refined which arise as a result of the altitude and processing yield of the region. You will taste rich plum sweetness, notes of cocoa, lemongrass, red grape, and a grapefruit acidity. The coffee's medium body rounds out all of the flavors.
The farmers who grew this coffee mill it together after harvest. After the coffee is milled it is then processed using a full washed process. It is then dried on patios and prepared for shipment. This particular method of processing gives crisp, clean flavors in the final product.

The tropical climate and fertile soil of Guatemala are ideal for growing delicious, full-bodied coffees. This particular coffee comes from the San Miguel Duenas region and is 100% from the Bourbon plant. The Bourbon plant is more delicate and fragile than other varieties which can be riskier to grow but provides a great pay off when done right. Bourbon offers deep, complex sweetness, along with a delicate body.
