Monastery Grounds is composed of natural processed coffee sourced from Chiapas and Oaxaca, Mexico. A select water process is what decaffeinates this coffee. This process relies entirely on water to remove the caffeine from the green beans which leaves it with an incredibly clean taste. You will taste notes of melon, cocoa, and caramel.

Pointing Monk is a delicious, responsibly sourced, and sustainable Guatemalan coffee.  It is dark roasted until it's sweet and gets rounded out by Guatemala's full-bodied mouthfeel.  You will taste the sweetness of dark chocolate along with nut and citrus undertones.  

The tropical climate and fertile soil of Guatemala are ideal for growing delicious, full-bodied coffees.  This particular coffee comes from the San Miguel Duenas region and is 100% from the Bourbon plant.  The Bourbon plant is more delicate and fragile than other varieties which can be riskier to grow but provides a great pay off when done right.  Bourbon offers deep, complex sweetness, along with a delicate body.
